The announcements made the day of sale will supersede any written descriptions. A $1,500.00 Credit Card Authorization is required to participate in online bidding for this auction. If you are not a successful bidder, your credit card will not be charged, and the hold will be released within 7 days after the Auction Date. Your credit card hold/deposit of $1,500 will be applied to your purchase unless other arrangements have been made. A refund check will be mailed out if other payments are made after the hold/deposit is processed. **Failure to make payment in full to the Auctioneer will result in Penalty Charges. Regardless of circumstance, failure to pay for the item(s) that you are the successful bidder on will result in a penalty/ no sale/ restocking fee. Any item whose hammer price is $10,000 or less- the penalty amount is $500. Any item whose hammer price is $10,001 - $20,000- the penalty amount is $1,000. Any item whose hammer price is greater than $20,000 the penalty amount is $2,000. This penalty must be paid to the Auction Company in order to retain your bidding privileges with Shetron Auction & Equipment, LLC, Proxibid and their affiliated websites. 1) Shetron Auction & Equipment, LLC & Cliver Auctions, Inc. charge a 10% Buyer's Premium on each item. In addition, there is a 2% Internet Purchase Fee on each item. An additional 4% will be added if paying by Credit Card. ** There is NO CAP on the Buyer's Premiums.** Please Bid Accordingly ** There is a $35.00 administrative fee For title work. 2) Applicable State of PA Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on all Lots unless you are exempt from Sales Tax and you provide PA tax exemption form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of PA. 3) Payment in full must be made no later than 2 Business Days after the auction in the form Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Credit Card. An additional 4% will be added if paying by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. 4) All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than 10 business days after the auction. Storage fees may apply. If lots are left on lot more than 30 days, the lots will be resold by auction house to cover storage fees, etc. 5) Bidders are held personally liable for any bids made with their Bidding Number. 6) The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute or to re-offer the lot for re-sale. 7) The Auctioneers and Proxibid accept no liability for loss or damage howsoever arising from any Lots not presented for sale. 8) The Auctioneers and Proxibid have described the Lot(s) in the catalog to the best of their ability and belief. The Auctioneer and Proxibid undertake no liability whatever in respect of any faults, deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, age, condition or quality of any Lot(s) and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact. 9) Each and every Lot is sold 'as is, where is'. The Auctioneers and Proxibid provide no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Equipment contained in the Lot. All representations made by the Auctioneers and Proxibid, its servants or agents are to be considered lay opinions only and the Auctioneers and Proxibid accept no liability for any purchase made by a Buyer in reliance upon them. 10) The Buyer agrees to insure the Equipment/ lots purchased against all losses from the Auction Date until removal of the Equipment by the Buyer. 11) The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth.
