Opening bid is LOW and does not reflect the value of any item. The 115 photos and video are part of the item description and written descriptions are subjective. Please view all photos and use zoom function prior to bidding.

YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

Legacy Auction & Realty has the option at its sole discretion to sell any item(s) outright prior to the auction event.

BUYER PREMIUM: A 15% buyer premium will be added to final bid/hammer price.

PAYMENT: Invoice will be sent to the winning bidder following the sale. The non-refundable $500 security deposit is due via PayPal by 9 AM on Wednesday, November 29. Balance due shall be paid via bank wire transfer by Friday, December 1, and must clear our bank before the vehicle is released. Winning bidder will be provided with information for wire transfer.

WINNING BIDDER: Please contact Auctioneer to notify us of plans for payment, transfer, and removal. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank.

TITLE TRANSFER: Title will be made available once funds have cleared. Title may be picked up in person or mailed to winning bidder's address. Winning bidder will receive a Bill of Sale for the full purchase price of the vehicle.

SALES TAX: Amount is dependent upon the state in which you register the vehicle and is payable at title transfer. Legacy Auction & Realty does not collect sales tax on titled vehicles.

PICKUP/SHIPPING: Removal date will be mutually agreed upon by buyer, seller, and auctioneer based on payment date and seller's availability. Removal shall be by or before December 9. Proof of purchase and ID and copy of invoice are required for removal. You may use a shipping company of your choice.

The security of your bidder account is your sole responsibility as you, the bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your account. If at any time you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Auctioneer and Proxibid immediately.

Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. As a bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidder account.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and is described as what we see; please use your own expertise when bidding. We strongly encourage you to ask if you seek further details.
