All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. 5% Discount for cash payment. - Accepted forms of payments are Cash, Certified (Cashier's) Checks, Wire Transfers (invoices over $2,500 ONLY), and Credit Cards. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Payment MUST be made during our scheduled checkout time - Wednesday, December 6, 2023 (the day after the auction ends) from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
