The highest bidder for each lot shall be the Purchaser; in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute or to re-offer the lot for sale. Bid Discrepancies: All tie bids or bid discrepancies with the internet will GO TO THE FLOOR BIDDER. Bids submitted after the hammer has dropped or the auctioneer has said "sold" will be retracted and adjusted accordingly.
