Auction Proceeds for a Worthy Cause - This springtime event brings together buyers and sellers of used railroad construction and maintenance equipment. All contractors, suppliers, and railroads are invited to sell, consign, or donate their equipment. One hundred percent of proceeds from donated equipment supports the NRC safety training programs, including the ongoing safety training video series and FRA Part 243 templates.

Terms: A buyer's Premium of 14 percent is charged on all items bought online during this live auction.

Live Auction: This auction will be held on location at Blackmon's facility in Lonoke, AR. This auction will consist of all items that are onsite at Blackmon's Yard including small items. This auction will have a live auctioneer with live onsite bidding, along with online bidding.

Preview Date & Times: Blackmon Auctions will be onsite the day before the auction from 8am to 4pm for inspection. Early inspection please contact Billy at 501.352.4703. Items are being shipping in daily and may not be onsite yet. Call before you go.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be removed within the week after the auction. No weekends . Blackmon Yard will be open regular business hours.

To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - We do not consider the time or amount of items bought though Proxibid for approval. We have our own rules and terms for approval. If you are a current and established customer with Blackmon Auctions, register and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com and billy@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you buy under. If not an established Blackmon buyer we will need much of the following: - A letter from your bank and banking & banker contact information - Your Business Address - Your Web Site - Business Reference - An indication of (Item(s)/Dollar Amount) what you plan on bidding on in this auction - Acknowledgment from you that you understand the terms and you will pay for those purchases the day of or the day after the auction via wire transfer and remove those purchases within one week of the auction. Special Approvals may require a 10% deposit 48 hours before auction day. If you plan to use a lender to make payment, you must contact Blackmon Auctions 72 hours before auction day for approval to bid.
