All purchases are to be 'PAID IN FULL' in negotiable U.S. Funds on Sale Day. Company or Personal Checks, Credit Cards (+4% convenience fee) will be accepted as payments. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold any purchases until all funds have cleared the Auctioneer's Bank. Online purchases must be paid and received by the following Monday by credit card (+4% convenience fee) or wire transfer. A 10% late fee will be charged if payment is not received in full on Auction Day or following Monday for online buyers. Online buyers will be charged a 7% premium. Consignors reserve the right to final bid. All Buyers and Bidders must provide proper identification, register and receive a bidder number at each auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person a bidder number and may revoke the bidders' privileges at any time. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales tax on all purchases, unless the buyer provides proof of exemption that is issued by the appropriate state or local Government Agency. Buyer also agrees to pay any sales tax that may be assessed after payment has been received. All Sales are made and accepted 'AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS' and without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either written, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to purchaser approximately 10 to 15 business days after satisfactory settlement. There will be a $25.00 document fee on all vehicles. Some vehicles will be subject to Registration Fees and Sales Taxes.
For Live Oak Auctions load out is available Monday-Friday of the week following the sale. For estate Auctions load out is available Monday-Wednesday the week following the sale. Other time by appointment only. No loading or unloading on Sunday.
